Development
Next, coaches receive regular formal training to ensures they are well-versed in the topics under their care and to keep abreast of the latest trending questions and learning approaches. This encompasses lesson preparation, grading student work, and our Instic teaching methodology, among others.
This is coupled with frequent observations and evaluations to facilitate continuous improvement in all aspects of class delivery and management.
Communication
Finally, coaches communicate routinely with the heads of subject to maintain consistently high standards for their content knowledge, student engagement and classroom management.
Conversely, coaches collaborate with the curriculum teams to provide valuable practical and hands-on experience to feedback on the classroom experience,
